Version 1.1 changelog

Welcome to the first update of Seize, Curb, Prohibit! Here are a few changes made to version 1.1 of the one-page RPG:

1. Polished the main title and footer. Moved creator information to footer.
2. Modified character creation steps (Recruitment) to rerolling if initial stat roll results in a ten.
3. Changed Techie Type name to Crack.
4. Minor changes to a few entries on the Anomaly of the Week table.
